Riki Ghosh is a Trial Partner at Ekblom & Partners, LLP, where he provides insightful strategy, meticulous preparation, and thoughtful defense to physicians, healthcare providers, and medical centers in a variety of complex matters. Possessing over a decade of trial experience, he is a zealous advocate who is committed to achieving the best possible outcome in every case. When that involves going to trial, he is ready to successfully wage that battle.

In addition to representing doctors and other professionals in healthcare fraud matters, he has also successfully handled numerous high-profile cases involving wire fraud, extortion, homicide, and enterprise corruption — many of which were covered by the media.

Mr. Ghosh obtained his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law where he was a Senior Editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Review. During law school, he was named a David M. Becker Public Interest Law Fellow, and had the honor of making the Dean’s List.
